Metabolic Conditioning

These HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) type workout sessions provide opportunities for participants to get leaner, faster, stronger and along the way we hope they build strong friendships that last a lifetime. Research proves strength training helps cognition AND lonely or not, adults benefit from social connections! allDimensions in every way!

Mind/Body

We know that flexibility increases mobility and mobility is important in all aspects of a quality life. We have dedicated space for you to work your core (situps, hovers, planks crunches), stretch, practice yoga and meditate. Not sure how to do all that? With the on-demand capability you can pull up a channel to guide you through what you don’t know how to do on your own.

Cycling

Our indoor cycling classes are a mix of strength, endurance, and high-intensity intervals with periods of active recovery. Cycling is perfect for all fitness levels because you are in control of your ride. Variable resistance allows you to create the right intensity for you and go at your own pace.

TRX Total Body

In this class we combine TRX training with other exercises to give you a total body workout. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously.

On-Demand Classes

Do you want to participate in our classes but work odd hours or have a cramped schedule? We are proud to offer our On-Demand classes which are designed with you in mind. You can come into our class rooms at any time of the day or night and watch our recorded classes.
