We know that flexibility increases mobility and mobility is important in all aspects of a quality life. We have dedicated space for you to work your core (situps, hovers, planks crunches), stretch, practice yoga and meditate. Not sure how to do all that? With the on-demand capability you can pull up a channel to guide you through what you don’t know how to do on your own.
