We have different levels of membership. The first level is called gym access and a one person monthly membership is $39/mo.
Very typically our busy times for lifting are 4:30 pm to 7 pm
We have desk hours but if you can’t make it in before we go home then you can call and schedule a different time and we will meet you at the gym.
Yes! We have several classes throughout the week, we also have a yoga studio with infared panels for hot yoga!
We have day passes and week passes (1 week and 2 week).
Our gym is set up in a way that you can come in and do your own WODs!
We have a sauna but no hot tub.
Our gym caters to 18 years and older.
Yes! We do have a full locker room for men and women, and we offer shower towels – at no extra cost!
Potential members are welcome to a complimentary workout. Out of town guests may buy a day or week(s) pass.
We do not have tanning beds.
YES! We also have day lockers in each locker room for you to use at no extra charge. We also supply each locker room with shower gel, and in the women’s we keep an array of other necessities.
