I suggest eating whole, unprocessed foods for optimal health, stamina, and performance. We have a menu with some breakfast, lunch and dinner choices but also carry some quality products that can come in handy.

Mind Body Classes

I believe stretching and mobility are essential to our physical and mental health. We have created an amazing space that is both energizing and relaxing so you can focus on this important element of your health. Not sure what to stretch, or how to do yoga? No problem! With our on-demand capabilities you can simply turn on a class or video to follow along to. The tv monitor is positioned at an ergonomically friendly height for comfort while you exercise and stretch.

Cycling Classes

I absolutely love cycling! Cycling is an all-encompassing exercise. Turning up the resistance, as if you are cycling up a hill or into the wind, will strengthen your hips, butt and legs. Lighten up and speed up, to train your fast twitch muscles. Longer duration challenges your endurance and a combo of speed and resistance increases your power output ability. With 24 bikes and now pre-recorded classes you can engage your love of cycling ANYTIME, 24/7!
